Between Tuesday 30th October and Friday 2nd November, x40 of our Year 9 girls and 5 staff members traveled to Paris and The Somme for four days. This was part of their history curriculum, but it was also extra special with the trip coinciding with the WW1 centenary.
Whilst in France, the girls enjoyed excursions to Vimy Ridge, Thiepval, The Lochnagar Crater, the trenches at Beaumont Hamel and a visit to the underground museum at Albert.
